People may not always remember what you say, but they will never forget how you made them feel.

This old but true saying is more relevant than ever before as we travail through the elements of gun violence, domestic violence, and mental anxiety. Negative stories in the media, and readily available demonstrations of social ills on the Internet are impacting the actions of our youth, according to psychologists. COVID-19 contributed to many of these explosive negative factors, creating an environment of isolation, a lack of communication that birthed social problems.

All were affected, but none more than our youth between the ages of 13-35 as an increase of violent behavior has spiraled upward.
